At PSC we believe that every member, whether old or new, is a valuable asset to our club.

 

If you would like to join or get involved in a Fun, Friendly and Competitive club then have a read through our site and feel free to make contact. We would love to hear from you.

 

Swimming is a fantastic way to make new friends and get fit at the same time. So why not get involved by heading to the pool 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday or Thursdays for the coach to find you a suitable squad to try.

 

The first two weeks training sessions are free!

Target Meets

Target Swim Meets are set by the coaches and committee each season. Swimmers are encouraged to enter these meets as the coaches volunteer their time to attend and mentor the swimmers at these meets and the more swimmers the better presented our club is. A list of the club Target Meets can be found on the club calendar.

 

 

SWA Meets

Swimming WA have a number of meets during the season that swimmers are welcome to enter on their own. Just remember that the coach is only at Target Meets so discuss with the coach before you enter and some meets do require certain qualifying times before you can enter.

 

Country Pennants

Always held the first long weekend in March.  This is the main competition for country clubs and involves all Country Clubs affiliated with SWA.  

Clubs are graded A to E.

In recent years Pinjarra has been very sucessful at Country Pennants.

2019 D grade Champions in Karratha 2019,

2020 C grade Champions in Geraldton,

2021 B grade Champions in Mt Barker.

The club will now compete in A grade at the 2022 Country Pennants. The Selection Committee chooses teams for the Club Competition swims.  Selection is based on attendance, behaviour and fastest times achieved at Time Trials and other competition swim meets.
