At PSC we believe that every member, whether old or new, is a valuable asset to our club.

 

If you would like to join or get involved in a Fun, Friendly and Competitive club then have a read through our site and feel free to make contact. We would love to hear from you.

 

Swimming is a fantastic way to make new friends and get fit at the same time. So why not get involved by heading to the pool 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday or Thursdays for the coach to find you a suitable squad to try.

 

The first two weeks training sessions are free!

TIME TRIALS

 

Time Trial nights give the swimmers a chance to race against their own times; therefore a swimmer will often be swimming against various age groups.  They also give coaches an opportunity to monitor their swimmers progress – in speed, correctness of strokes, turns and starts.  

 

It is a condition of membership that Swimmers attend a minimum of three time trials per season. Also, to be eligible to compete in the Club Championships swimmers must have attended a minimum number of time trials, as set by the committee for that year.

The day and time of Trials will be communicated through the club calendar and email.

Entries are via Myswimresults.

A Nomination Fee of $5.00 per swimmer is payable on Registration at each Time Trial. 

This programme of strokes and distances to be swum each time trial is prepared at the beginning of the season and strictly adhered to.  Should a Time Trial be cancelled for any reason the scheduled swims for that Time Trial are recorded as cancelled and will not be rescheduled.

 

 

Parents are required to assist at Time Trials.

WITHOUT PARENT HELP, TIME TRIALS CANNOT RUN.
